Welcome to Tiger365. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account, accessing our services, or utilizing the Tiger365 Me portal and Tiger365 Pro mobile application.

By registering an account, placing a trade, or using any feature on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Account Eligibility & Registration Rules

To open an account and access trading services on Tiger365, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Underage account creation is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Ownership: You are allowed to register and operate only one Cricket ID. Creating duplicate accounts or operating multiple profiles will result in immediate suspension of all linked accounts.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. The legal name provided on your profile must match the name on your government-issued ID and linked bank account.

2. Verification & Anti-Fraud Compliance

Tiger365 enforces strict verification protocols to maintain platform integrity, security, and compliance:

  • Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address (such as a valid ID or utility bill) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests.
  • Third-Party Account Restrictions: Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party bank accounts, credit cards, or UPI IDs belonging to family, friends, or associates is strictly forbidden.
  • Security Holds: Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction, holding of pending withdrawals, or account termination.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial operations on Tiger365 are governed by automated payment monitoring protocols:

  • Authorized Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted exclusively through approved payment channels (e.g., direct IMPS bank transfers, official UPI handles) available inside your Tiger365 Me cashier dashboard.
  • Name Matching Rule: Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or UPI handles that carry the exact name registered on your verified Tiger365 account.
  • Turnover Requirements: Promotional bonuses, referral credits, and specific deposit top-ups are subject to turnover (wagering) rules before funds become withdrawable.
  • Processing Times: While most withdrawals are processed rapidly, processing times may vary based on banking clearing windows, server maintenance, or manual compliance reviews.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

When accessing Tiger365 platforms, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Collusion & Fraud: Engaging in syndicate trading, arbitrage manipulation, match-fixing, or colluding with other users to manipulate exchange odds.
  • Automated Systems & Bots: Utilizing automated software, bots, spiders, or unauthorized algorithms to place orders, scrape data, or manipulate market liquidity.

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential blacklisting.

5. Account Security & Password Protection

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your User ID, password, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) keys.
  • Unauthorized Access: Tiger365 is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence, shared devices, or compromised passwords.
  • Immediate Reporting: If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify official Tiger365 customer support immediately to temporarily lock your profile.

6. Intellectual Property & Platform Availability

  • Ownership: All content, software, logos, trademarks, data feeds, and design assets on Tiger365, Tiger365 Me, and Tiger365 Pro are the intellectual property of Tiger365 or its licensors.
  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to suspend, update, modify, or discontinue any feature, market ladder, or platform service without prior notice for technical updates or maintenance.
  • System Delays: While we strive for low-latency market execution, Tiger365 is not liable for trade execution delays caused by telecommunication outages, device incompatibility, or local internet disruption.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Tiger365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent financial activity or suspicious transaction patterns.
  • Request by legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities.
  • Activation of voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account termination due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld or applied toward administrative damages caused by the breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Tiger365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.
